UPDATE - Re: NIH Helix & Biowulf storage performance issues

The filesystems and cluster are now available again. The network vendor
and HPC staff identified and resolved the problematic network traffic
flow that led to the issues observed today. We are cautiously optimistic
that the systems will remain stable, but will continue to monitor the
systems closely.
