the Biowulf freen utility now reports GPU availability

The Biowulf resource availability checker, freen, shows the different
types of nodes in the cluster and how many are in use with respect to
CPU allocation. For GPU nodes, information about CPU utilization is less
useful, as a node's GPUs can all have been allocated despite there being
available CPUs. freen has now been updated to report GPU availability
information for applicable nodes.
