Biowulf file system problems

One of the biowulf filesystems experienced technical difficulties and
was not reachable from a subset of systems resulting in 'Stale file
handle' errors. Our storage administrators are working on a solution and
normal operations should resume shortly. Job scheduling has been paused
while we are determining the cause of this problem.
