Interactive Jobs Now Support Automatic SSH Tunneling

NIH HPC users,
The use of interactive application servers (such as Jupyter notebooks)
on Biowulf compute nodes requires establishing SSH tunnels to make the
service accessible to your local workstation. This process previously
involved some guesswork in port selection in order to avoid those in use
by other users.
`sinteractive` now supports a -T/--tunnel option, which will
automatically assign ports and set up SSH tunnels from the allocated
compute node to the Biowulf login node. Application servers can then be
started on the assigned ports and then accessed locally once you have
made the rendezvous connection from your workstation to the login node.
Please see https://hpc.nih.gov/docs/tunneling and application-specific
documentation for details.
