Deep Learning by Example on Biowulf - Class #3
The class is free but registration is required for both Webcast or Classroom attendance. You can register at https://hpc.nih.gov/nih/classes/. HPC users will have priority enrollment for classroom attendance.

This introductory course teaches the basics of deep learning and of different types of deep learning networks through a set of hands-on examples from biomedical image processing and computational genomics implemented in Keras, one example per class. Each class is stand-alone. Class #3 will focus on Autoencoders. Expected knowledge: Basic Python, Basic Linux/Unix
