Single cell sequencing is now being used in many fields of biology -
providing answers to biological questions with unprecedented resolution.
The seemingly constant proliferation of advancements, along with the
cost and complexity of implementation, may still make adoption seem like
a daunting endeavor. As a community, we continue to gain and share
experience in successfully utilizing these powerful new techniques. In
this talk, some of the reasonably-accessible single cell technologies
will be presented in the context of their applications, and practical
considerations will be discussed along the way.]
