Biowulf status during coronavirus emergency

To all Biowulf users:
While many NIH personnel are teleworking due to the coronavirus pandemic, Biowulf and other HPC resources will continue to be available. The staff is actively supporting the hardware and software on the systems (while working remotely to the extent possible). To access Biowulf or Helix, users will still need to be on the NIH network or the VPN.
As always, please email staff@hpc.nih.gov if you have any questions about Biowulf -- access, accounts, the batch system, or the applications, for example. Instead of the monthly walk-in consults, we will arrange one-on-one consults via phone or webex as necessary.
