Additional Compute Nodes Added to the NIH Biowulf Cluster

The HPC staff is pleased to announce the addition of 70 new standard
compute nodes and 22 GPU nodes to the Biowulf cluster.
- The 70 compute nodes add a total of over 9000 CPUs to Biowulf. Each
node has 128 Epyc CPUs and 512 GB of RAM. They have been added to the
default "norm" Slurm partition and are also available for interactive jobs.
- The 22 GPU nodes each have 4 A100 GPUs and 256 GB of RAM; they are in
the "gpu" partition and also available interactively.
All nodes are configured with over 3 TB of local scratch space .
