Network issues on the NIH Biowulf cluster

As of 3.35 pm this afternoon, one of the network devices that serves the
Biowulf internal network began experiencing failures. HPC staff were
immediately alerted to the problem and are working on resolving the
problem.
Batch scheduling has been stopped, so queued jobs will not start.
We will inform users via email when the problem has been resolved and
batch scheduling has been restarted.
