FusionQ is a fusion detection tool based on paired-end RNA-Seq data. It can detect gene fusions, construct the structures of chimerical transcripts and estimate their abudances. The tool employs a new approach that extends the short segments of the reads by aggregating their overlapping reads. A list of filters are proposed to control the fake-positive rate.

The available command is: runFusionQ

The version available is v5. It is available as a module. To use the module type

[user@helix ~]$ module load FusionQ

How to Use

[user@helix ~]$ runFusionQ <your run.cfg file>
