This application requires an interactive session on the visual partition using TurboVNC.

Interactive job
Interactive jobs should be used for debugging, graphics, or applications that cannot be run as batch jobs.

Allocate an interactive session on the visual partition using TurboVNC and run the program. Sample session:

[user@cn0655 ~]$ module load ChimeraX
[user@cn0655 ~]$ proxyon
[user@cn0655 ~]$ vglrun -d $DISPLAY ChimeraX

This will launch the ChimeraX display:
